The house has a large plot of 6000 square metres, with spectacular views of the valley and the sea in the distance. There is a main house and an annex flat in the same building. The main house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 with twin beds. There are four complete bathrooms, two with bathtub and two with shower, a comfortable living room with large dining table, a very spacious fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and exit to the porch, where there is another table to enjoy breakfast or dinner al fresco overlooking the valley and the sea. The annex flat has 2 double bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
The whole house preserves the traditional style of Ibicencan construction, with sabina ceilings and thick walls, adapting itself to the needs of the guests. The house is equipped with wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, music system, etc.
The outdoor area, facing south, has beautiful views of the countryside. In addition, you can see the sea in the distance. There is a swimming pool, a covered area with barbecue and outdoor table and a small chill-out area to relax. There is a covered garage and parking space for several vehicles.
