This beautiful 380 m² Ibica style finca surrounded by 10.000m² of land has been charmingly restored with a lot of attention to detail. It´s located on a 600 years old farm within walking distance of the village of Santa Gertrudis. The house is in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by a large estate full of olive trees. Thanks to its central location, it is only a few minutes drive to any point of the island. The property has 6 bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms in the main house, where you can also find a living room, kitchen and 4 bathrooms. There are two more 2 bedrooms with separate entrances and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious covered lounge that can be used for large celebrations (available on request) and a large kitchen for catering service. Outside there are ample terraces, a 14 x 6m swimming pool with pool beds, sofas, sun loungers and an a jacuzzi with  a slide. An outdoor kitchen and lots of garden with native plants, barbecue area with dining area next to the pool. Outdoor Hi-fi sound system with 14 speakers.

This house has many areas for entertaining large group of freinds or families and is ideal for special events and celebrations.

The spacious patio is perfect for large dinner parties or group gatherings. The patio also houses a collection of rare succulents and cacti, a chillout tent with exquisite chill out area, ideal for hosting large bar dinners with beautiful lighting.

El Granero is a 70m2 renovated farm building located next to the courtyard, that been converted into a summer lounge and immersive function room with an open kitchen, making it the perfect space to host guests. It´s equipped with a table seating 14 people, air conditioning and a hi-fi sound system. The 35m2 semi-professional kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Fully equipped with appliances, tableware and silverware for up to 30 people. Welcome your guests with candlelight dinners and stories of Balearic adventures.

The main house has a cozy and intimate family kitchen ideal for the winter season. This is where souls who crave extra comfort gather. The blackened stone walls bear witness to centuries of home-cooked family meals. Kitchen has an induction hob and a wood stove, and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The 45m2 living room, perfectly prepared to unwind and relax, is the warm heart of the house. Discover a selection of art and design books while curled up on the comfortable sofas. Large flat screen with Apple TV, books, games and magazines, open fireplace.

Room I – 45m2 – The master bedroom is a spacious room with a private lounge and a terrace overlooking the courtyard. Immerse yourself in the depth and history of the original farmhouse with wood floors and stonework dating back over 500 years. King size bed 180×200 – Private bathroom – Air conditioned.

Room II – 26m2 – Inside the main house, this large double room overlooks the glorious olive grove and Mediterranean gardens, it is ideal for children or for those looking for two single bed options. 2 large single beds 120×190 – Shared bathroom with room 6 – Cool room with fan.

Room III – 27m2 – Snooze in this cozy, traditional room with low sabina ceilings and antique stone walls. This room has bespoke character, an antique desk and an en-suite bathroom. Double bed 160×190 – En suite bathroom with shower – Cool room with fan.

Room IV – 26m2 – Used in centuries past as a stable, this room is a secluded retreat from the main house. Handcrafted doors open onto a patio shared with room #5, just steps from the pool. Room V – 24m2 – This converted barn has a lot of character. Separated from the main house, and with easy access to the pool and a patio shared with room #04, this room is the ideal setting to restore yourself and spark your inspiration. Room VI – 26m2 – This spacious and bright double room features an original 19th century wooden oil mill. Conveniently connected to the main room, it has space for an extra bed and is part of the main house. Double bed 190×200 or 2 singles – Bathroom with shower – Air conditioning.
