A cosy house with spectacular views of the sea and Formentera.
Recently built house, located in a privileged rural area of Es Cubells.
It is located in an area surrounded by fields of almond and pine trees. It has no neighbours in the vicinity, but it is not an isolated house. The area is very quiet.
The house is constantly being renovated and improved. In 2016 a new covered outdoor area was built, with a complete kitchen, barbecue and a bathroom with shower.
The house consists of a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room.
There are two bedrooms in the house: one bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite; the other bedroom has two single beds and bathroom with bathtub.
Outside there is a covered porch with a dining table.
Can Maries is very close to beautiful beaches such as Cala d’Hort and Cala Jondal. There is also a supermarket close to the house.
