The house has 3 double bedrooms: one with double bed and two with twin beds; it has 2 independent bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub; a kitchen with breakfast bar and a spacious living-dining room with access to the porch. From there there is access to the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher.
There is a large terrace on the first floor with spectacular sea views and a small solarium. The pool measures 5m x 10m. A wooden walkway leads to the fully equipped barbecue area with dishwasher and fridge. The house is very cool, as it is in the middle of a pine forest. The area is very quiet, at the very end of Port des Torrent, a small residential area. It is a new house built in 2006. There is a supermarket at 2km.
