CAN BERNAT

A very cozy house with spectacular view of the sea and the magical island of Es Vedra. It has access to the very close beach Playa Codolar, only a footstep away in less than 5 minutes, and in car it takes only 5 minutes to the well-known beach Cala Conta, famous for its sunsets.

The house is distributed in four areas: at the main entrance of the house is an ample terrace with dining area and equipped with wooden furniture, it is also the pool area. From here we have access to the interior of the house passing through the ample living/dining room from where we reach the kitchen on one side and the bedrooms on the other side, along with one full bathroom. The kitchen has access to the barbecue area from where we also access the garden. There is another bathroom with shower between the kitchen and the BBQ.

The exterior of the house, in the garden area, there are two more showers, and one close to the pool. Fully equipped, the house includes air-condition in every bedroom and the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, storage room, etc. There is parking space for three cars and the location is very tranquil. Below the villa there is a tennis court for the exclusive use of the guests. The house is very well situated, being close to many of the well-known beaches of the Island, its spectacular sea views, impressing views of Es Vedra and the wonderful sunset. Less than two minutes away there is a supermarket, a diving center, tennis court, restaurants and a close-by beach that can be reached by walking.

*Minimum stay in low season (January – April and October – December) is 3 or 4 nights, the rest of the year minimum 5 nights.
