Charming family holiday home with spectacular views of Es Vedra right in front of the sea. It is a spacious house, with lots of natural light and tastefully decorated with good quality furniture.

It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds of 110cm and the third with two single beds of 90cm. There are three bathrooms with shower, one for each bedroom. The kitchen is open plan, with plenty of natural light. It is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, induction hobs, electric oven, a complete set of crockery etc. Next to the kitchen is the living room and the dining room. The dining room has a table for 6 people and the living room has two big sofas and a huge TV. This room communicates with the pool terrace through large sliding doors. The terrace is very spacious and surrounds the whole house. A part of the terrace is covered with white pebbels and the rest of the terrace is tiled. The pool area in the front offers spectacular sea views and is equipped with outdoor sofas and chairs. Next to the main entrance there is a barbecue area with an outdoor table for 10 people. On the opposite side, away from the main entrance, there is separate laundry room.

There are a total of three automatic awnings that can be opened over the front, side and back terrace to provide shade to these parts. The entrance to the house has a large gate, although cars can be parked on the street in front of the house. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is also a large ceiling fan in the living room. Outside, there is a staircase leading to the roof terrace of the house, a space which although unfurnished can be ideal for enjoying panoramic views or doing yoga in the mornings. For the safety of the little ones, the access to the roof terrace has a door that must be locked.

Just a 5 minute walk from the house you can reach a small stone cove known as Playa Codolar. And one of the most beautiful beaches with crystal clear water and the best sunsets, Cala Conta, is only 3 minutes drive.
