CASA VEDRA

A very charming house with a privileged location due to its proximity to the most beautiful beaches of the island, the breathtaking sea views and the rock of Es Vedra, where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset in front of the sea.
It has access to the nearest beach, PLAYA CODOLAR, which you can reach in less than 5 minutes walk and in less than 5 minutes drive you will arrive to one of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza, CALA CONTA, famous for the best sunsets.
The house has 5 bedrooms distributed as follows: one bedroom with 2 single beds, which opens directly onto the living room and one of the terraces, has air conditioning and a separate bathroom with shower; the second bedroom with double bed has a separate entrance, an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. There is an independent flat attached to the house with 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed), which share a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom, with spectacular sea views and sunset views. On the same floor there is a large games room with pool table, darts, fireplace and a full bathroom between the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is in the main part of the house and is fully equipped.

The exterior of the house is very spacious and cosy; it has large terraces with wooden furniture, one of these with a large dining table next to the barbecue. A beautiful garden surrounds the pool area, where we have a covered terrace with another dining / chill out area and spectacular sea views and Es Vedra.
Less than 2 minutes away there is a supermarket, diving centre, tennis court, restaurants and bars.
