CAN PRATS

Can Prats is a spectacular Ibiza style finca full of history in each corner, delicately and exquisitely reformed, maintaining a lot of the original features and mixing them in with modern comfort in a harmonious way. Each detail of the house and its surrounding has been meticulously selected, giving one a sense of being at home. This large property (more than 80000 m2) its distributed into ample terraces, known as “feixas” with many different areas and gardens, combined with covered porches, chill out areas, benches and special corners, where you can enjoy the exclusive views of San Antonio bay in the distance.

The big entrance doors lead to a luminous living room with dining room. The dining room has a big rustic table and the living room is equipped with a sofa and satellite TV. From here you get to two double bedrooms (each with a double bed) an an ample bathroom with bathtub. Going up small stairs and through a small office space, you reach the main double room with an ample bathroom and a private terrace with spectacular views. At the end of the salon there is an ample, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. From the kitchen, an exterior door leads to a covered porch with sofas and a BBQ area covered with a typical sabina (juniper) wooden roof, a quiet area to enjoy eating al fresco.

On the other side of the living room is an apartment that can be closed for more privacy. It features a separate kitchen, dining room, an ample double room and en-suite bathroom with shower. From here you can access the garden and the pool area. From outside you can enter the 5th and the 6th double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers.

The nice lawn garden with stone walls has a great variety of plants that separate the house from the pool area, an ample wooden terrace with 7 x 14m infinity pool, equipped with sunloungers and two chill out beds. By the pool there is a covered wooden porch with dining table, barbecue and exterior kitchen. All rooms are air conditioned, the mattresses and bedlinen have been carefully selected and of best quality. Everything is laid out to guarantee maximum comfort for the guests.
