Modern and luxurious house with maximum comfort and quality, located only a couple of minutes from the exclusive beach Cala Salada. Due to its location, this house has an impressing panoramic view of the sea, covering the isles of Can Conejera and S’illa des Bosc up to Cala Salada. During the whole year you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from the terraces that are on different levels and fully equipped with sofas, beds and sunlounges. The house divides on 4 levels:
Main floor:
There is a spacious living room with sofas and chimney, then comes the dining room with a big table. This room has huge windows so it is very light and has beautiful sea view. From the dining room you get to one of the terraces, equipped with sofas and an awning. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the dining room, and has a door leading outside to facilitate the access when returning from shopping, or just using it for the service staff. There is one double room on this floor with sea view and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Medium floor:
Going downstairs from the living room you get to the medium floor with a total of 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower. All bed linen, towels, matraces and furniture are of the best quality to guarantee the wellbeing of the guests. Two of the bedrooms have access to a second terrace with sofas and music system. On this floor is also a laundry room and a toilet.
Bottom floor:
To access this floor there are two stairs: an exterior one that goes directly to the pool and an interior stair that goes to one of the two bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool. By the pool is another double bedroom with bathoom.
The pool terrace is made out of wood and there is a big exterior and fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, grill and an enormous table with banks. There are also sunbeds and umbrellas.
Top floor:
On the top floor of the house is a big terrace with sofas and beds. From here you have a panoramic view of 180° to enjoy the best sunsets. Thanks to its design and location, the interior of the house cannot be seen from outside, guaranteeing total privacy to the guests.
Amongst the many commodities are various music systems on the different levels of the house, wifi, satellite TV in all rooms, alarm system, pool towels.
