CAN CANET

Can Canet is an exclusive summer house with spectacular sea views and the advantage of being at walking distance of the beach Cala Vadella. Recently reformed, this house combines simplicity and the practical tastefully. The interior combines the white of the walls with Vintage colored floors and a minimum of furniture, being more than sufficient to guarantee the comfort of the guests. The main part of the house are the kitchen and the living room. This ample area is very luminous, the natural light comes from the glass windows. The living room has several sofas, seats and a big table in the center. The kitchen is near with a long counter and a window. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, etc. Near the kitchen is a room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning stuff. The house has 5 bedrooms, two is double, three are twins and the fifth bedroom is a single one. There are three full bathrooms with shower. All rooms have been designed in a simple and comfortable way: there are spacious wardrobes, high quality towels and bed linnen, comfortable viscoelastic mattresses and latex cushions, as well as air condition. Outside is a terrace and the pool with sunbeds. On a little higher level but with the same spectacular views is a large and covered terrace with a dining table and relax area with sofas. The grill area is also here, with another table for 8 people, that connects to the kitchen. Because of its location you can watch the sunset.

It has a solarium equipped with sun loungers, tables and parasols, a comfortable chill-out area in the sun and shade, several well-tended garden areas that give freshness to the house and it´s surroundings.
It has a private parking for two cars with an electric car charger.
