A holiday house in an exclusive location, only 250 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Vadella, which is without a doubt a big privilege. It’s an antique farmhouse with 7000m2 land that has been fully restored in 2014. Surrounded by a huge plot of land and with no other houses around, it guarantees absolute privacy. Also, the access to the house opens with an automatic gate so that no one else can get in.
The house sleeps up to 7 people. There is a main bedroom and next to it a bathroom with bathtub. Next to this room is the dining room that can be closed off from the bedroom with a sliding door for more privacy. The dining room is independent, next to the kitchen. There is also a sliding door to divide these two rooms. From the dining room you get to the living room, comfortable and luminous, with a big sofa and armchairs, a fireplace and big TV with international channels. The living room leads to the pool area.

The kitchen is ample, luminous and well equipped. It´s an open plan kitchen with a long worktop and all kinds of appliances. From the kitchen and trough a hallway, you reach the second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Next to the kitchen is a laundery room, equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. This room can be also used for storage. At the end of the hallway, you reach the third bedroom with own bathroom with shower. This room has a big tatami with 3 futon beds that can be separated or joined and has a direct exit to a terrace at the back of the house.

The pool is in front of the house, surrounded by a high quality artificial lawn. There are various sunbeds, tables and chairs and a chill-out bed, as well as an exterior shower. The grill is underneath a covered porch, very spacious and with an outdoor table.
The house is equipped with all commodities and quality furniture. It has alarm system, automated shutters, Wifi, air condition and central heating.
At Cala Vadella beach there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants, as well as a bus that gets you to the other parts of the island.
