Casa Ibicenca is a recently renovated and redecorated country house, located in a beautiful forest near the beaches Cala Vadella and Cala Moli, in the southwestern part of Ibiza. The spacious villa of 220 m2 is split in two levels.
On the ground level: living room, generous open plan kitchen, dining area, double bedroom (1,50m bed) with en-suite bathroom with a shower and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the top level: a double bedroom (1,50m bed) with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In front of the house there is a big BBQ area with a dining table and lounging sofas. The 9 x 4,5m pool is surrounded by a lovely terrace and there is an outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet near the pool.
The villa is fully equipped with a washingmachine, dryer, dishwasher, SAT TV, air-conditioning, WIFI, sound system, a safe etc.
*Minimum stay is 5 nights. Please note that there is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for stays less than one week.
