Can Cam is an inredible villa, situated on a cliff top with stunning sea views with Formentera in the background. You can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, but still only 15 minutes drive from some of the best restaurants on the island, as well as beaches, beach bars, supermarkets etc. You reach a small cove Sa Caleta in less than 3 minutes walk. Also in the surroundings of Sa Caleta there is a Phoenician archaeological site declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO and of great cultural interest. The beach of Cala Jondal is 3 minutes by car.

The villa has the capacity to accommodate 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and another living room with a bar. It has a barbecue and spacious terraces with a lot of garden. The swimming pool measures 10 x 5m, there are sunbeds and parasols.

Distribution of the house: a spacious bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with sea views and a separate entrance. From the second living room you can access two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and also a ceiling fan. All bedrooms are airconditioned.

There are 4 bathrooms in total: an en suite bathroom, a bathroom with bathtub which you can access from the second living room and is shared by two of the bedrooms, a third bathroom in an interior patio and a fourth bathroom, both with shower. The kitchen is bright and equipped with a large hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc. It connects to a spacious living room with dining area and to a porch-terrace with garden furniture, views to the sea, the pool and the garden.
It has 3 spacious living rooms: a living-dining room for 8 people and sofa, a second living room with large sofas and a fireplace, SAT TV and massive windows overlooking the pool, garden and the sea and a third large living room with bar, with an acces to two of the bedrooms.
There is also a laundry room with an ironing board, large fridge, cupboards, a separate storage room and a first aid kit. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is an extra room with a sofa bed and TV, which can be used for reading or simply taking a nap.

The villa has several terraces with garden furniture to stay in the shade or sunbathe, with sofas, armchairs, tables, sun loungers, parasols, chill-out sofa, benches. The barbecue area has a covered dining area and a small sink.
