Quiet country house of modern construction located in the countryside near Ibiza town and Playa den Bossa, with sea views from the pool (Las Salinas).
The house has 3 bedrooms, two twins (one of them has individual, built-in beds) and one double with terrace and en suite bathroom. It has 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite and the other one with access from the living room and the bedrooms. Wide living-dining area with chimney and exit to a terrace.
Independent kitchen with small dining room and exit to a small terrace with table overlooking the pool and the sea. Comfortable living room with library and TV-SAT.
Outdoor area: Pool 4m x 8m with waterfall, terraces, sun-beds, sun-lounges, sea view of Las Salinas. Basic but comfortable house surrounded by woods, therefore it doesn’t have a barbecue.
