Comfortable summer house located close to Cala Bassa beach. From some spots on the upper terrace you can see the sea. There are three comfortable double bedrooms with air condition. The upper bedrooms have a direct access to the terrace equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the view. The living room area has sofas, TV and exit to a terrace equipped with a table for dining and an aperitiv area. From the living room you get to the independent and well equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. In total there are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor and both with a shower. The exterior of the house has a covered area with two tables and a grill (electrical, due to the closeness of the forest). The pool is in this area, surrounded by artificial lawn and equipped with sunbeds. There is a sun-protected area and an umbrella. The house is located on the old road to Cala Bassa. It is a pleasant place to go for walks, go jogging or riding a bicycle. Closeby are various restaurants and supermarkets, combining privacy and tranquility with a superb location.
