Beautiful holiday house in the countryside with a lot of charming features, surrounded by nature in a completely rural environment, located in the center of Ibiza, near San Rafael, Santa Gertrudis and 2,5Km from the main roads that connect different sides of the island.

The house is ideal for families of five with a total of 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom is equipped with a 160X190cm bed, en-suite bathroom  with shower, large bathtub, Satellite TV, Air conditioning and a terrace. The second bedroom has a 135X190cm bed and an Air-con unit. The third bedroom is a single room with a 80X190cm bed, with Satellite TV, an Air con unit. Both of these rooms have terraces that lead to the garden area.

The house has numerous outdoor spaces, gardens and terraces to enjoy the contry side. It has a children’s area, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a table tennis, an outside WC. The barbecue area with an outside pergola is equipped with comfortable sofas and outdoor dining area, an ideal space to share unforgettable moments with freinds and family.

This house has spacious interrior and exterior communal areas which makes it very comfortable to rest, read or watch TV.
