DISTRIBUTION OF THE HOUSE
The whole house is on the same level. It has 3 double rooms and capacity for 6 people. One room with a 1.35m double bed and two with 1.60m double beds each. The main entrance is through a small hallway with a fireplace, from which you have an acces to a large living-dining room with sea views, a small separate lounge and the kitchen. The kitchen is large, fully equipped, with a dining-breakfast room, a small storage room as the pantry and a fireplace, which gives a special charm to the Ibicencan houses. From the kitchen there is access to an outside porch and a “distribution salon”, typical of Ibicencan architecture. From this salon you can access the three bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub and also the patio of the house.

OUTDOOR AREAS, POOL and BBQ:
There are several terraces accessed from the living rooms of the house, a large patio with tables and chairs to enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors during the warmer months of the year. On a second level and down a couple of stairs is a large garden area with natural grass and fruit trees lovingly maintained. There is a gym and an outside bathroom with shower. On the third level down is the swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers, parasols and side tables and the barbecue area with a large table for 10 people. This area is covered and fully equipped with kitchenware, fridge, dishwasher, a gas cooker, electric oven, coffee machine, as well as a gas plancha replacing the charcoal barbecue due to the danger it represents in the countryside, as well as the comfort it gives to the visitor.
The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, safe, alarm system, Wifi, satellite TV and a stereo. In addition to bed linen and bath towels, towels for the swimming pool are also available. All roads to the house are asphalted and the house can be accessed from various roads leading to the village of San José, which is only 5 km away.
