CAN PUJOL

This amazing 300m2 rural villa on a plot of 30000m2, located in the picturesque Benimussa valley, has been restored respectfully maintaining its authentic Ibicencan style. Its strategic location means that the distances to the most beautiful beaches of the southwest of the island such as Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and Cala Conta are very short. The finca is set in a rural environment surrounded by peace and tranquillity, only 10 minutes from the village of San José and 8 minutes from San Antonio. It has a well-kept garden with natural grass and fruit trees and from the terraces you can enjoy wide views of the valley and almond groves.

DISTRIBUTION OF THE HOUSE
The whole house is on the same level. It has 5 double rooms and capacity for 10 people. One room with a 1.35m double bed, two with 1.60m double beds each and two rooms with a 2x2m beds. The main entrance is through a small hallway with a fireplace, from which you have an acces to a large living-dining room with sea views, a small separate lounge and the kitchen. The kitchen is large, fully equipped, with a dining-breakfast table, a small storage room as the pantry and a fireplace, which gives a special charm to the Ibicencan houses. From the kitchen there is access to an outside porch and a “distribution salon”, typical of Ibicencan architecture. From this salon you can access three of the five bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub and also the patio of the house. On the other side of the salon begins the other part of the house, which consists of two spacious bedrooms (one of these with en suite bathroom), a small lounge and a separate bathroom with shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS, POOL and BARBECUE:
There are several terraces accessed from the living rooms of the house, a large patio with tables and chairs to enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors during the warmer months of the year. On a second level and down a couple of stairs is a large garden area with natural grass and fruit trees lovingly maintained. There is a gym and an outside bathroom with shower. On the third level down is the swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers, parasols and side tables and the barbecue area with a large table for 10 people. This area is covered and fully equipped with kitchenware, fridge, dishwasher, a gas cooker, electric oven, coffee machine, as well as a gas grill plate replacing the charcoal barbecue due to the danger it represents in the countryside, as well as the comfort it gives to the visitor.
The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, safe, alarm system, Wifi, satellite TV and a stereo. In addition to bed linen and bath towels, towels for the swimming pool are also available. All roads to the house are asphalted and the house can be accessed from various roads leading to the village of San José, which is only 5 km away.
