Quiet traditional farmhouse, charmingly restored and set in a privileged location on top of a hill, with splendid sea views and the island of Formentera.
The house has 4 bedrooms, three with double bed and one with single bed, for 7 people. It has 2 bathrooms and an enclosed kitchen with access to a beautiful porch. From the spacious and very comfortable living-dining room with a fireplace you can also access the porch and the patio at the front of the house, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the splendid views.
In the pool area there are sun loungers and a large dining table for 7-8 people, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals with wonderful sea views.
In the back patio there is a ping-pong table and in the highest part of the house there is a shaded chill-out bed, ideal for a siesta or simply to enjoy the views in total tranquillity.
