Enchanting luxury villa located in a privileged rural setting, just a few kilometers away from the city of Ibiza. Completely refurbished and decorated in a style that combines traditional features with designer concepts. Given its magnificent location at the top of Puig den Valls, it commands marvellous views of the sea and Ibiza harbour, Talamanca beach and the fortress of Dalt Vila.

The house is divided into several levels:

Ground floor

Bedroom 1: double bed with fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning, and magnificent views of the Dalt Vila (Ibiza) and the harbour. A staircase to the floor below provides access to the en suite bathroom with access to the garden. Bedroom 2: double bed with en suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning. Bedroom 3: single bed with en suite bathroom with shower. Dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Double sofa-bed. Separate fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge, oven, microwave, etc. The two bedrooms next to the living-dining room and the kitchen can be integrated into the house or function as an annexe, as they have their own access from the outside and independent doors with locks for the privacy of the guests.

First floor

Bedroom 4: Main Suite with king-size bed, en suite bathroom with a bath tub tha offers panoramic views, large dressing room and a private terrace. This bedroom also has direct access by elevator from the ground floor. Equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. Bedroom 5: with two single beds put together, en suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace. Equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. There is a flat with double bed and bathroom with shower which can be accessed from inside or outside the house.

Set in 5,000 square meters of land, this luxury villa itself has a surface area of 600 square meters, built around a marvelous tastefully decorated main hall, providing light and heat to the whole building. From this hall, which is the central point of the house, the space is distributed as it follows: library with reading corner, fireplace and an elevator from the ground floor to the Main Suite. Main Lounge equipped with satellite TV (47” LED screen), with access to the terrace that offers views to Ibiza town, the harbor, Formentera and leads to the outdoor dining area. Interior dining room for 11 people. Main kitchen, fully equipped with glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.  The kitchen also has a direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Staff entrance.

Exterior

Outside you will find a private 12 x 6 m swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Large terrace and porch covered with typical savin rafters surrounding the swimming pool area and providing great privacy. This terrace is furnished with comfortaable outdoor lounge furniture, hammocks, sunbeds and sunshades and an exterior dining table for enjoying your meals al fresco with seating for 11 people.
