CAN GUERT

Can Guert is a charming house in the village of San Agustin.
What used to be an antique farmhouse has been reformed, maintaining its original charm and combining it with everyday comfort. The interior spaces are very ample, there are two big living rooms with high ceilings made from juniper wood and thick walls, keeping the house cool in the summer months. There is a total of 4 bedrooms:
Next to the main living room are two very similar twin bedrooms. Both have spacious wardrobes and windows facing the countryside. There is one shared bathroom with jacuzzi for these two rooms.

The third bedroom with a bed of 1,35m and an en-suite bathroom with ample shower.
The main suite has a big double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower and an exit to a small terrace.

There is also a fifth bedroom with separate entrance, a bathroom with a shower and a double bed.
The kitchen is big and has a lot of work space. It has preserved traditional elements of the house: an antique fire stove and a wood oven. It is also fully equipped and has an electric oven. Connected is the dining room with exit to the terrace with a rustic dining table.
Outside there are more dining tables, one underneath the porch of the main entrance and another table underneath a carob tree, close to the second living room, with views of the countryside and the sea. The is also a large grill area.
The house is surrounded by a big terrain with fruit trees and a nicely kept garden, with a wide variety of indigenous plants and stonepaths that take you to different parts of the property. The pool is located a little higher and it offers views to the village of San Agustín and the sea in the distance. There is a covered area with another dining table, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas, and a stone cascade.
The tranquility at Can Guert is a big privilege. There is no need for a car to have a nice dinner out in one of the best restaurants of the island, close to the church, and the best beaches to watch the sunset are only about 9-10 km away.
