CAN RAMONET

Can Ramonet is a nice house situated on the mountainside with lovely view of the countryside. The plot of 10000m2 cultivates various fruits and vegetables.
The house has 300m2 of constructed area and is distributed as follows: the main entrance takes you to a hallway with access to the pool terrace. There is a double room with single beds and air-condition.
The second bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air-condition. There is an ample living room with dining room, equipped with satellite TV, high-quality furniture and decorated with traditional elements  dating from the beginning of the previous century. The kitchen next door is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.
On the second floor there is a spacious lounge that can be used as a working area or just a relaxing space with access to the terrace, receiving lots of natural light. On this floor are two bedrooms, one with single beds and one with a double bed, both have access to a terrace and are airconditioned, sharing an ample bathroom with a shower.
The front terrace of the house has a huge pool of 14 x 7 m with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a barbecue area with a big dining table to enjoy eating outside as well as an exterior kitchen with grill, cooker and a sink.
The access to the house is controlled by an automated gate and there is enough space to park 4 vehicles.
The house is well equipped with air-conditioning in all bedrooms, TV with international channels, alarm system, Wifi, safety box, music system, DVD, washing machine etc.

*Minimum stay in low season (April, May, October) is 5 nights. In mid and high season (June – September) minimum stay 7 nights.
