CAN CANTO

This traditional Ibiza-style house is over one hundred and fifty years old, has been stylishly refurbished and it´s in one of the prime locations on the island.
Can Cantó just exudes personality and character. In each of its rooms you will be able to appreciate traditional ibicencan architecture and the comfort of a house which has been decorated with taste and attention to detail.
The property is located on a 200.000 m2 plot in San Agustin, close to the town of San José and to beaches like Cala Bassa and Cala Conta among others.
The house has four bedrooms:
A superior suite on the highest floor, with a 2.2 m double bed and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. It has a balcony with views of the countryside and the pool.
Next to the suite is a bedroom with a 1.10 m bed.
Also on a top floor is the second suite with a 1.60 m double bed.
On the main floor there is a fourth bedroom with a very high ceiling and two single beds.
There is also a library/study and a small TV room.
The kitchen is very large, bright and fully equipped. It is part of a large room which also contains a dining table and a pleasant lounge. This whole space is harmoniously put together creating a most agreeable room. From here you access a shaded side porch for outdoor dining.
In continuation is the access to a full bathroom with shower, a washroom and a door leading to the outside.
The garden of the house has a wide variety of rose bushes as well as fruit trees and local plants. The pool area is fenced in and raised up which provides us with beautiful views of sea and countryside.
