CAN PAU

Can Pau is a recently built family house in the style of the houses of yesteryear, with thick white walls and juniper roofs. It is the ideal place to relax and discover this peaceful part of the island.
The house is situated on a top of a hill in the rural surroundings of San Carlos. Although it may seem isolated, it is only a 5 minute drive to the village and about 15 minutes to Santa Eulalia. Furthermore, it is very close to a variety of wonderful beaches of the east coast such as Aguas Blancas, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova, Es Figueral or Cala Boix.
As the house is situated on an elevated level, it has an unbeatable panoramic view of the island with the sea in the distance.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two that can be joined or separated according to the needs of the tenants. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and another with bathtub. There is air conditioning in all three rooms. The bedroom with double bed has access to the terrace.
The main room of the house is spacious, luminous and fresh and constitutes of living room, dining room and kitchen, all open plan. In the living room there is a comfortable “chaise longue” sofa and TV with satellite connection and another access to the terrace. The kitchen has a large worktop with gas hob, a dishwasher and is fully equipped. There is also a drinking tap water, so there is no need to buy bottled water. From the kitchen you can access the pool.
There is also a children’s area with a playhouse for the little ones and a covered barbecue area with an outdoor dining table. There is also a room that can be used as an utility and laundry room.
The plot of land surrounding the house is large and private, there are no neighbours nearby. Can Pau is ideal for families, a romantic getaway or simply a quiet holiday in an unique environment.
