This charming country house is more than 500 years old, it has been totally refurbished respecting its Ibicencan architecture and conserving all of its original charm. Located in a small paradise in San Carlos area, it offers total tranquillity, silence and privacy. It is a solitary but not an isolated house, you can see the sea and the island of Formentera. It is only 10 minutes away from the famous hippy market Las Dalias, 8 minutes away from the village of San Carlos and its authentic and well known Bar Anita. The nearest beach is one of the most beautiful in the north of Ibiza, Aguas Blancas, only 6 km away, the beaches of Es Canar only 6,5 km.
It is an ideal house for family holidays, both in summer and winter, where children are welcome and can enjoy playing in the playground specially built for the little ones and a games room with pool table for the older ones. The whole family can live an enriching and relaxing experience, enjoying the swimming pool or the barbecue area, fully equipped with outdoor kitchen, located under a porch.

The two-story house is distributed as follows: from the large living room you can access the 4 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, one of them with an ensuite bathroom. In total there are 4 bathrooms with shower, three inside the house and one outside; there is also a toilet in the games room, next to the barbecue area and the children’s playground.
The traditional Ibicencan kitchen, with its fireplace and side sofas, is fully equipped. From here you can access the large living room and the terrace. From the living room, which is equipped with satellite TV, you can step out onto a charming veranda with long table and chairs, leading to the terraces, the barbecue and the swimming pool area.
Air conditioning: The two rooms on the upper floor have air conditioning, the two rooms on the ground floor are very cool and have fans.
Heating: All the rooms have heating, as well as the bathrooms inside, plus the fireplace in the kitchen makes the house ideal for a winter or spring getaway and enjoy a unique and different experience to the summer.
