Can Vinya is a traditional ibiza-style house with a lot of charming features. It has been completely renovated, it´s very cosy and has a very good location, close to the most beautiful beaches in the south-west of the island: Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida.
It has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and two bathrooms – one en suite with bathtub and the other with hydromassage shower. It also has a spacious dining room and a large living room. From the dining room there is access to the fully equipped kitchen, which has direct access to a porch with outdoor dining area, the garden and the swimming pool.
The large pool area is surrounded by lawn, equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a laundry room with washing machine. It has a covered parking for two cars and is completely fenced. Charming house. Several beaches nearby at 7-10 km.
*Minimum stay in low season (January – April and October – December) is 3 or 4 nights, the rest of the year minimum 5 nights.
