Nice country house located only a couple of meters from the village of San José.
It is an ecological house, very well maintained, of ibicencan origin, completely restored. It has a kitchen garden of which the clients will find some vegetables upon arrival, and fig trees. The house has hot water with solar panels, the water comes from an own well.
There are three bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, hydromassage bathtub and dressing room; one with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed, and a twin bedroom. There is one ample independent bathroom with bathtub. Ample living room, divided into two very comfortable areas, from where the kitchen can be reached, and the exterior. The independent and fully equipped kitchen has access to an ample dining area, the porch and the BBQ. The dining room has access to the terrace, furnished with wooden furniture.
The very well maintained garden with flowers and plants has access to the pool equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a table to enjoy dining al fresco, the BBQ area is very ample and faces the kitchen garden.
The house also has 2 bicycles available for the clients.
