A charming house, ideal for relaxing and spending a peaceful holiday. Located in the authentic Ibiza, which still retains its old charm, set in a sparsely populated area surrounded by nature. Isolated from the hustle and bustle of Ibiza’s nightlife, but at the same time very close to Santa Gertrudis, one of the most charming villages of the island.
This house is built on a 40.000 m2 plot, which guarantees absolute privacy. It is a completely restored house, so it can practically be considered new.
The house is divided into two areas. The main entrance of the house, which has a nice Ibizan style porch, gives access to a spacious living-dining room which communicates with the kitchen. The kitchen has a very practical breakfast bar and it leads to another dining room and an outside terrace at the back of the house.
The other area of the house is at a lower level ant it consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a spacious bathroom with shower.
The pool area is on the highest part of the plot, which guarantees that this area is completely sunny from sunrise to late afternoon. This area has another porch with garden furniture and sun loungers.
The house has a private road of 1.5 km and is in a secluded area that offers total tranquillity.
