CAN TOMÁS

Big and luminous house with ample spaces, built in a minimalistic style and with a capacity for 10 people. There is a total of 5 bedrooms: 3 double and 2 twin rooms. Inside the house are 4 bathrooms, two of them en-suite. Spacious living room equipped with a big sofa and satellite TV. The dining room is laid out for 10 people and also has a TV with international channels. This area connects with the pool area through glass sliding doors. Underneath the porch there are more tables for dining al fresco.

The salt water pool measures 16,5 x 4 meters with 3 x 3m jacuzzi inside. There is a total of 10 sunbeds on the artificial lawn area surrounding the pool. Next to the pool is a covered grill area with table and fridge and an exterior bathroom. The kitchen is open and fully equipped and there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The house is surrounded by a lot of land and is fully fenced, totally private, without any neighbours close by. It is situated in an excellent location: the surroundings of the house is tranquil, close to a side road with very little traffic, which is ideal for walks or jogging. The main road to Ibiza is also easy to reach. There are two bicycles available for the guests.
