CANA FINA

Cana Fina is a recently built house with fantastic views of Ibiza town, the antique fortress called D’Alt Vila and the sea, only 5 minutes drive from the city. It is a simple yet comfortable house, fully equipped and with spacious areas, without an exaggerated or excessive decoration.

It sleeps 8 people. There is a big plot that surrounds the house and it is fully fenced. The pool is at the front part of the house, with a big grill area, exterior bathroom and chill out. The pool has a shallow end suitable for children. There is also a ping-pong table. All the rooms are very spacious. There are 3 double bedrooms in total, 2 of them with single beds that can be put together as double beds on request of the guests. These two share a bathroom with a shower. The third double bedroom has an ample bathroom with bathtub.

The kitchen is very big, fully equipped and very comfortable, and has a dining table. The living room is also spacious, with comfortable sofas, chimney, TV and access to the pool. The dining room is connected to the kitchen. Outside there is a small apartment with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The house is cozy, comfortable and located in an exclusive area. Very suitable for families with kids as this villa has lots of space for them to play outdoors. The access to the house is closed by an automated gate.
