A spacious house with plenty of natural light in a quiet location on a small hill just 4 km from Ibiza town. The house has several spacious outdoor areas suitable for downtime: relaxing, chatting with friends or reading. These are pleasant in summer as they all have garden furniture and tables in the shade. There is also a ping pong table and a large barbeque area with huge b-b-q grill with tables and chairs for over 12 people. The kiosk type bar area, also with tables and chairs, by the pool has the laid-back ambient of a beach bar – just perfect for enjoying cocktails or in fact any refreshment. The spacious pool area has sunshades and loungers for 12 persons as well as a Balinese bed; The gardens boast fruit and palm trees. The car park has space for 4 to 6 cars. The house is spread over two floors. The outdoor patio and front porch lead to the ground floor main entrance which opens on to a spacious lounge, dining room, kitchen and two of the bedrooms. The kitchen-dining space is roomy and faces the lounge which gives a feeling of comfort and space. Between the kitchen and the dining room a few steps lead out to the extensive barbeque, bar and pool area. On the second floor are 4 of the bedrooms, all with bathrooms. The house has 6 bedrooms, beds are all king size (1,80 x 2m) and are comprised of two 0,90 x 2m beds which are joined together so that you don’t notice the division; the house can therefore offer a double bed or two single beds in all the bedrooms. (It is important that you inform of your choice of beds a week before arrival. Once you have checked in any changes will require a supplement) The house has all amenities, air con in all the rooms, Wi-Fi throughout, including outdoor terraces and pool area. In addition to bath towels the house supplies towels for the pool.

* The minimum stay is 4 nights in low and mid season and 5 nights in high season. There is a supplement for stays of less than one week.
