Ibiza is one of the most sought-after destinations in the Mediterranean, but figuring out how to get there can raise questions, especially if it’s your first visit. The good news is that there are several options to reach the island, each with its own advantages depending on your budget, available time and starting point.<\/p>\n

Flying to Ibiza: the fastest option

Ibiza Airport (IBZ)<\/strong> is located just 7 kilometres from the capital and receives direct flights from major Spanish and European cities throughout the year.<\/p>\n

From London, Berlin, Amsterdam or Paris<\/strong>, flight times range from 2 to 3 hours, with numerous airlines offering direct connections including EasyJet, Ryanair, British Airways, Eurowings and Transavia. During peak season (June-September), routes multiply with direct flights from dozens of European cities.<\/p>\n

From Spanish cities<\/strong> such as Madrid or Barcelona, the flight takes just 50-70 minutes, with multiple daily frequencies.<\/p>\n

Prices vary hugely depending on the season. In winter you can find flights from \u20ac30-50 per leg, whilst in July and August prices range between \u20ac80 and \u20ac250. Our tip<\/strong>: book at least 2-3 months in advance for high season.<\/p>\n
