1. The Contemporary Art Museum of Eivissa, also called MACE

2. Puget Museum

Very close to the Museum of Contemporary Art and in a beautiful palace we find the Puget Museum, dedicated to the works of the Ibizan artists Puget Viñas and Puget Riquer.

3. Archaeological Museum of Ibiza

It has two sites, one in Dalt Vila next to the previous two and another in the Phoenician Necropolis of Puig des Molins. The Necropolis of Ibiza dates back to the 7th century BC and is considered to be the most important in the western Mediterranean.

5. Diocesan Museum

To be found withing the Cathedral of Ibiza (also in Dalt Vila). Down in the Sa Penya area.

6. The Broner House

Also, in the historic center of Ibiza (city) we find the Broner House, a museum space designed by the German architect and painter Erwin Broner, who lived on the island for many years.

7. Ethnographic Museum of Ibiza

In Santa Eulalia it is worth mentioning the Ethnographic Museum of Ibiza, located in a beautiful country house more than 300 years old where you can contemplate the traditional clothes and utensils of the island to learn more about its history.

ART GALLERIES AND EXHIBITIONS

In addition to museums, Ibiza has a large number of art galleries and exhibition spaces. Places like bars, restaurants, hotels and other businesses exhibit works by many artists. Here are a few of them:

We especially recommend you visit La Nave Salinas, an imposing space recently inaugurated by the art collector Lío Malca that during the season hosts exhibitions of the highest level (Keith Haring and Bill Viola the last two summers) and is located on the beach of Las Salinas.

7. Espacio Micus

Another very beautiful place to visit is Espacio Micus, on the road from Jesús to Cala Llonga. This is an incredible contemporary art gallery that only opens on Sundays (and on weekdays by appointment).
