Mentioned by the famous blogger El Comidista as being among top 12 ice-cream shops in the whole of Spain, this homemade ice-cream shop in San Carlos combines local products with top Italian technique.  It is located on a pedestrian Street beside the village church. Heladería Los Valencianos

These legendary premises are located in the Port of Ibiza and with over 70 years of history, this is the oldest ice-cream shop on the island as well as one of the most famous with the locals. The story goes that the Saudi prince Abdul Aziz bin Fahd Al Saud would visit and have an ice-cream with the owner Monica every time he came to holiday on Ibiza. Its exquisite “horchata valenciana” (sweet milk-like drink made from tiger nuts) is well worth trying.

Heladería Vivi’s Creamery

Located in the Marina near the Port of Ibiza, this “creamery” is decorated with charm and a touch of chic. Its owners are the Formula 1 champion Nico Rosberg and his wife Vivian who gives the premises its name. As well as the traditional flavours they also offer soya based vegan ice-creams as well as shakes and smoothies. They have very special flavours using recipes which include ingredients like spirulina, chili, cactus or curry. All the ice-creams are 100% natural and are homemade with local products.

Heladería Capítulo 2

This is located opposite the church right in the centre of San Antonio and although it does not have a huge choice of ice-creams, its quality excels. Its “granizados” really stand out as does its very special “flaó” ice-cream inspired by the better-known Ibizan dessert of the same name. It also has vegan ice-creams.

This famous Italian ice-cream brand has two premises. In addition to its great variety of ice-creams made from local products, it offers a vegan line made from soya or rice milk. Located right on the promenade, Miretti is the most famous ice-cream shop in Santa Eulalia. It offers authentic homemade Italian ice-creams in spacious premises with a pleasant terrace by the sea.
