The house has a ground floor only and is fully fenced with a parking space for two cars, ample grill area with dining table for 12 guests, an area equipped with sofas and exterior furniture to enjoy the sunset and evenings.
There are five bedrooms, three with double beds, one with twin beds and the biggest one with 4 single beds. All bedrooms have their en-suite bathroom with shower, TV and air condition, as well as direct access to the exterior. The living room is very ample and equipped with TV; sliding doors give direct access to the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the pool and grill area.
The pool area is ample and has sunbeds, sofa, and exterior shower.
