CASA PIRO is a fabulous property in a stunning location.

A spectacular contemporary villa offering panoramic views of Ibiza Town and, beyond the sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean, the distant island of Formentera. The small cove of Cala Roja and the vast stretch of golden sand that is Talamanca beach are just a short walk from this fantastic villa.

This stunning property is built on the hillside near the coast, just a few minutes’ drive from the hustle and bustle of Ibiza Town. In the entrance hall, the staircase wraps around a rocky outcrop that juts into the steps, and the property’s different levels seem to climb up the cliff, creating a series of private spaces from which to enjoy the spectacular views. A beautiful infinity pool extends towards the sea from the spacious terrace, equipped with contemporary sun loungers and a large dining table, serving as a wonderful outdoor entertainment space.

The Interior

The sleek interiors in cool greys and whites are bathed in sunlight flooding through the vast expanse of glass connecting the living space to the pool. The entire floor is open-plan, extending from informal lounge seating to further lounge seating on a mezzanine level, an elegant dining area, a spacious staircase, and on to more informal dining seating next to a stylish contemporary kitchen. All rooms share magnificent views of the pool and the sea-facing terrace.

The gleaming marble floors extend into the four contemporary-style bedrooms. The master suite features access to the upper terrace and a large hot tub from which you can enjoy spectacular sea views. Two further double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the fourth has access to the terrace.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Four spacious and elegant bedrooms invite you to sleep soundly or simply relax. Air conditioning moderates the summer heat. All bedrooms have king-size beds and their own en-suite bathroom.

There is also a guest toilet in the lounge and a full bathroom outside in the pool area.
