A spacious, bright, recently built house with pool. It is located within walking distance from the village of San José where all amenities can be found: supermarkets, fishmongers. bakeries, restaurants and cafés, banks and leisure facilities.

The house is built on just one floor making it ideal for children and people with reduced mobility. It has large windows and a covered porch which means that you can enjoy exclusive views of the San José valley from both indoors and outdoors.

Entering through the main door you reach a spacious lounge with a large comfortable sofa and TV, which leads to the terrace and the pool area. In the same room is the dining area with a dining table that seats 10. Next to it it´s the fully equipped kitchen which also leads onto the terrace. A hallway leads to the bedrooms. Two of them are very spacious with a double bed, bathroom and own walk in closet. They have acces to the garden. The other two have single beds (one of them has 3 beds), en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets.

The house is set in a 2000m2 plot with pool, garden with lawn and various areas with tables and comfortable chairs for pleasant al fresco dining or cocktails. It also has all the amenities: air conditioning, portable BBQ, alarm, wifi and a sound system.

The village of San José is just 300m away. It´s situated 16km from Ibiza, 10km from the airport and between 8 to 15 minutes from the beaches on the south and southwest of the island: Cala Vadella, Cala Molí, Cala Tarida, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Playa Codolar, Cala D’hort, Cala Carbó.

*This villa can be rented for 5 nights in low season. Minimum stay in June, July and August is 7 nights.
