CASA DE DALT

It is a charming, recently built house, very comfortable, fully equipped and with all the facilities to spend a splendid vacation. The house is located in the countryside, in an extremely quiet area surrounded by the forest, which gives a lot of privacy, but also very well connected, just 1 km from the main road Ibiza – San Juan. It is completely fenced and has an automatic gate; at night the lighting is automatically turned on throughout the garden and the main entrance of the house.
The interior of the house is accessed through a hall, which leads to the fully equipped kitchen, then to the spacious living room and finally to a hallway with large closets and two bathrooms. At the back are the three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the scenery. The spacious living-dining room also has a small covered porch or terrace with wooden furniture, from where you can enjoy fabulous views and the tranquility of the countryside.

It has a large BBQ area with all the amenities, fully equipped with a kitchen, grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, satelite TV etc. From here there is access to the swimming pool and a green area with sun loungers and other garden furniture. The pool also has a beautiful waterfall.
