CASA BLANCA

An authentic finca (traditional Ibiza style house) located in the village of Santa Gertrudis, in the heart of the island, Casa Blanca has retained its original architecture and has been adapted to modern tastes and contemporary comfort requirements.

The 300 m² of living space comprises three different areas, including the main villa, the separate area comprising the bedrooms, the swimming pool and terraces,

and finally, the garden. The house has air conditioning and, thanks to the thick walls of traditional houses, maintains a stable temperature throughout the summer.

The villa has seven well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, two bedrooms have twin beds with nearby bathrooms, one private and one shared.

Upstairs, a third bedroom has convertible twin beds and a shared bathroom. Two separate bedrooms with access to the garden each offer a queen-size bed and private bathroom. A separate apartment includes twin beds, a private bathroom and a living room. Finally, a poolside room with a double bed and private bathroom offers a peaceful retreat by the water.
