The house is in a very quiet area and with a very good location, it is on the top of a hill, so the views are spectacular of the sea of Ibiza and Formentera. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In addition, the house has 2 barbecue areas, an 8-metre long swimming pool with a waterfall and a jacuzzi. The interior of the house is accessed through the kitchen which has an American bar and is fully equipped, then there is a very spacious lounge – dining room, in this area there is an air conditioning unit and from here there is access to two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom. Also from here stairs lead up to the master bedroom with double bed, A/C, another independent bathroom and a terrace. The fourth bedroom is attached to the house but with separate entrance, it is the largest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
