The best beach bars on Ibiza

March 8, 2023

One thing you just can’t miss out on in the summer and especially in a holiday destination like Ibiza is a visit to a beach bar. Because eating and sipping a drink while you are gazing out over the sea, as your kids (if you have any) give you some space playing in the sand, is just one of those great pleasures of life.

We offer you a shortlist of some of the best beach bars on Ibiza for your next visit to the island.

Cala Escondida

Located at the beaches of Platjes de Comte, right in the cove known as Racó d’en Xic, you will find this small wooden kiosk which, come winter, is completely disassembled. The inpiration behind it is eco-friendly as it is run by solar panels and has an eco-toilet. The only music you will hear is the lapping of the waves, unless there happens to be an impromptu jam session which sometimes occurs around sunset time. The cuisine is simple and healthy with snacks like hummus, falafel, wraps, fajitas and veggie burgers.
