Sunny Ibiza-style holiday home for 6 people, with a charming and cozy interior.
The detached house is located in the southwestern part of the island, near Cala Vadella Beach, which is ideal for children (1.5 km away) and features a private pool.
The front door opens into a bright living area consisting of a cozy dining room, a living room, and a semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, combination oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, milk frother, kettle, blender, and juicer.
It has 3 bedrooms:
On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, as well as a master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and an en suite bathroom with a toilet, double sink, walk-in shower, and bathtub. This master bedroom opens onto a beautiful terrace with stunning views of the sea.
There are three bathrooms connected to the bedrooms:
On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. On the upper floor, there is an en suite bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, and another en suite bathroom with a toilet, double sink, walk-in shower, and bathtub.
On the ground floor, there is an additional refrigerator with three freezer drawers, as well as a washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron are also available for your use. Bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, and kitchen towels are included. There is a TV with numerous international channels and access to Netflix (using your own account). A streaming device is also available. Additionally, there is a Bluetooth speaker JBL and fiber-optic internet. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
Outside, there is a pool (maintained on Saturdays and Tuesdays) with lounge chairs and a relaxation area.
Several umbrellas are available, as well as a gas grill and a large outdoor dining table.
Casa Sunshine is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so making noise or playing loud music is not permitted, especially at night. The town of Sant Josep de sa Talaia is a 15-minute drive away, the airport is about 25 minutes away, and the city of Ibiza is about 30 minutes away.
