A charming, family-friendly home with spectacular views of Es Vedra, located right on the waterfront. It is a spacious, bright home, tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings.

It has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two 110cm single beds, and the third with two 90cm single beds. All rooms have air conditioning. There is also a large ceiling fan in the living room. There are three bathrooms with showers, one for each bedroom. The kitchen is open-concept and flooded with natural light. It is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, induction cooktops, an electric oven, a full set of dishes, etc. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room and dining area. The dining area has a table for 6 people, and the living room features two large sofas and a huge TV. This entire space opens onto the pool terrace through large glass doors.
The terrace is very spacious and wraps around the entire house. Part of it is paved with white stone and the rest of it is tiled. At the front of the villa, overlooking the sea, is the pool area equipped with outdoor sofas and armchairs. On one side of the house is the barbecue area with an outdoor dining table that seats 10 people. On the opposite side of the hosue is the laundry room.

There are two automatic blinds that can be opened over the front and rear terraces to provide shade in these areas. Outside, there is a staircase leading up to the roof terrace; although this space is unfurnished, it is ideal for sitting and enjoying an unbeatable panoramic view or practising yoga in the morning. For the safety of young children, access to the roof terrace is via a gate that must be kept closed. The entrance to the house has a large gate, but cars must be parked on the street in front of the house. Parking is not permitted on the property.

Casa del Mar is the ideal villa for those who want to relax both body and mind while enjoying spectacular views of Es Vedrà, whether from the pool area or while practicing yoga. Located in a quiet residential area, away from traffic noise, it is just a 5-minute walk from Codolar Beach, a small pebble cove perfect for snorkeling or simply spending a relaxing day by the sea.
If you prefer fine sandy beaches, don’t miss Cala Conta, just a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away. It’s one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, with turquoise waters and views that will leave you speechless. Plus, it’s a great spot to watch the sunset. The best time to visit Cala Conta is early in the morning or late in the afternoon, when there are fewer people and you can better enjoy its crystal-clear waters. The sandy areas are small, but the sea is so inviting that you’ll spend most of your time in the water.
Cala Conta is also an ideal spot for snorkelling thanks to the clarity of the water and its seabed. However, it is important to take care when swimming in the open sea, as there are strong currents. For this reason, even the most experienced swimmers should avoid heading towards the small island off the coast.
For your shopping, we recommend Es Cuco, just an 8-minute drive away. It’s a supermarket highly regarded by locals, offering high-quality products: organic foods, delicacies, wines, fresh bread, and select meats. It’s open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The nearest town is San José, always bustling with life, especially on Saturday mornings, when an organic food and crafts market is held to promote local products and the island’s traditions. You can find products such as homemade pastries or the island’s traditional liqueur, “hierbas ibicencas,” and watch artisans crafting their products using traditional methods, such as basket weaving. At noon, there is live music performed by local bands, creating a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The market takes place every Saturday morning, from April 4, 2026, to October 18, 2026.
