Charming country house of 130m2 built on a 13000m2 plot of land. This Ibiza-style house of minimalist architecture, maintains freshness due to its large terraces and makes the house completely merge with the nature that surrounds it. It has a typical Ibizan porch to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with views to the forest and the pool and you can also see the sea in the distance.

The house has a large barbecue area surrounded by a pine forest, so the tranquility and privacy make the house a special place for relaxation. Its set in a privileged location, due to its proximity to the most beautiful beaches in the southwest of the island: Cala Tarida only 2,5km away or Cala Conta at only 7,5km, a beach with the most beautiful sunsets on the island. At 4km is the nearest town of San José, where you can find almost everything: supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, coffee shops, fishmongers, butchers, bakeries, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The closest restaurant is just 3 minutes walk from the house and it´s one of the most traditional mediterranean restaurants within the municipality of San José.

Ses Savines has capacity for 6 people, it has 3 double rooms: a room with a double bed (1.35m), a room with 2 single beds (1.10m) and a third room with 2 single beds (90cm), two large bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and an outside toilet near the barbecue area, where you can also find a separate laundery room. There is air conditioning in all the rooms, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath towels and pool towels.

Villa Ses Savines enjoys a prime location in the west of Ibiza, situated very close to the island’s most popular beaches, Cala Tarida and Cala Vadella, both just a few minutes’ drive away.
Cala Tarida, just a few minutes from the villa, is one of the widest and most spectacular beaches in the area thanks to its long stretch of fine white sand and its crystal-clear waters in shades of turquoise and emerald. Its size means you can enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere even in high season, making it an ideal choice for families thanks to its shallow water areas. The beach boasts excellent facilities, including restaurants, beach clubs, bars, supermarkets, shops, lifeguards and water sports hire such as stand-up paddleboarding, jet skis, e-foils and diving.
Also nearby is Cala Vadella, a beautiful sheltered bay known for its calm, shallow waters, perfect for families and those seeking a more relaxed atmosphere. Its conditions are ideal for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling or simply enjoying a day at the beach. Along the promenade, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and bars with magnificent sea views.For lovers of local cuisine, one of the most renowned restaurants in the area is S’Espartar, situated just 300 metres from Villa Ses Savines. Specialising in traditional Ibizan cuisine, it is renowned for its rice dishes and fresh fish and seafood from the island. Its specialities include bullit de peix, fried squid, seafood paella and lobster stew. As well as its excellent cuisine, it offers stunning views of the islet of s’Espartar and some of the most beautiful sunsets on Ibiza’s west coast.
Just 4 km from Villa Ses Savines lies Sant Josep de sa Talaia, considered the heart of the municipality and one of Ibiza’s most charming villages. In its shops and markets, you’ll find an excellent selection of Ibizan produce, seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh fish and the island’s culinary specialities. It’s the perfect place to start the day with breakfast on a sunny terrace or to enjoy a relaxed dinner after a day at the beach. Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to do in Sant Josep. The local gym offers weekly passes and one-to-one sessions for those who wish to keep up with their training routine whilst on holiday. What’s more, the area around the village boasts lovely routes for walking or cycling, allowing you to enjoy Ibiza’s typical rural landscape.
If your stay coincides with a Saturday, it’s particularly worth visiting the organic and craft market, which takes place from April to October between 10.00 and 13.30. This market has become one of the most popular events in the area, where local producers and craftspeople offer organic fruit and vegetables, gourmet products, handicrafts, clothing, natural cosmetics and traditional island goods. From 12.00 onwards, there is usually live music, creating a lively and very pleasant atmosphere for both residents and visitors. It’s an excellent opportunity to discover the flavours and traditions of Ibiza, buy original souvenirs and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of this village.
