CASA SAN CARLOS

Fantastic and spacious Ibicencan house, restored with a lot of charm, maintaining the style of the traditional houses of Ibiza, but with a modern and contemporary twist; a mixture of tradition and modernity that gives the house a special and cosy charm, unique to this type of traditional old Ibica style finca.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet. It is divided into two floors and is accessed from the parking and the garden through a large entrance hall to the open plan kitchen-dining room, second dining room and living room. Also from this main entrance hall through a corridor you reach the laundry room; from the living room you have access to a bedroom with two single beds, to a toilet, to a door with access to the terrace and to the stairs leading to the first floor of the house, where there are 3 more bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite. The other two share a full bathroom. There is air conditioning and fans in all rooms including the dining room.

It has a swimming pool with two levels of depth, half of it is a small island ideal for children and the other half is deeper with steps to access it, in the pool area there is a barbecue, dining room and sofas, as well as sun loungers and a covered and closed room with bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette with fridge, this room can be converted into another room to accommodate up to 10 people.

EXTERIOR SPACE: From the kitchen there is access to a covered terrace with a table and two armchairs and to the whole exterior, garden with natural grass and fruit trees, barbecue, a covered area with a round table and sofas, table tennis and a table football. Around the swimming pool there are sun loungers and parasols. The house has parking for 2-3 cars.
