Recently refurbished and in 2023 completely renovated villa in an Ibiza minimalist style. Sea view with incredible sunsets.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house and connected to the living room and share a bathroom; one of them has sea views, but no bathroom en suite. The master bedroom has independent access from the pool and en suite bathroom.

The kitchen and dining room are in a separate unit with a large porch for outdoor dining. Children’s area with wooden tree house.

The house has air conditioning, alarm system and safe. It is in a quiet and residential neighbourhood with no noise, as the nearby houses are owned by owners.

Cleaning one day a week with change of towels and final cleaning is included in the price.

Click on ‘Check Availability’ and the villa calendar will open. Choose the exact check-in and check-out date for the period you wish to enjoy in this villa.

2. Fill in the booking form:

On the right-hand side of the calendar, you will see the booking form. Complete the requested fields to proceed with your reservation.

3. Confirm your booking by choosing a payment method:

There are two options:

a. Payment by Credit Card:

Make the payment instantly and secure your booking! You will receive our rental contract through the DocuSign platform within 24 to 48 hours. The contract will contain all the details of your reservation including general house rules, our cancellation policy, etc.

b. Payment by Bank Transfer:

If you prefer this method, we will send you a rental contract through the DocuSign platform within 24 to 48 hours. The contract will contain all the details of your reservation including general house rules, our cancellation policy, etc., as well as our bank account details to make the down payment for the villa.

Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will have 3 days to sign the contract and send it back to us together with a copy of your passport or ID.

4. Receive your booking confirmation:

Once you have signed the rental contract and completed the payment, we will send you the official booking confirmation with the summary of your booking.

That’s it! With these simple steps your booking is secured and you will only have to enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience.

What happens next?

Arrival coordination: Between one and two weeks before your arrival, a member of our team will contact you via WhatsApp to provide you with all the details about access to the villa.
