A vacation home in an exclusive location just 250 meters from the sandy shores of Cala Vadella Beach—a true privilege. Given the size of the property and the fact that there are no other homes on the grounds, it offers plenty of privacy. Additionally, access to the driveway is secured by an automatic gate, preventing other vehicles from entering.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a master bedroom and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub. Adjacent to this room is the dining room. The area comprising the bedroom and bathroom can be completely closed off using a large sliding door, providing guests with greater privacy. The dining room is separate, though it is next to the kitchen. Here too, there is a sliding door to divide these two rooms if guests wish. From the dining room, you enter a comfortable and bright living room with a large sofa, individual armchairs, a fireplace, and a large TV with satellite connection for international channels. The living room has a door leading to the pool.

The kitchen is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. It features a breakfast bar, a long countertop with plenty of cooking space, and all the necessary appliances. From here, a hallway leads to the second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Next to the kitchen is another large room that opens onto the pool area; it serves as a pantry, with plenty of storage space, as well as a washer and dryer.

At the front of the house is the pool, surrounded by high-quality artificial turf. To enjoy this area, there are several lounge chairs, outdoor tables and chairs, as well as a chill-out bed. There is an outdoor shower. Under a covered porch is the barbecue, with plenty of space to prepare food, featuring a large grill and an outdoor table.

The house is equipped with all the amenities and features high-quality finishes. It has an alarm system, automated blinds, internet, air conditioning, and central heating.

Additionally, right on Cala Vadella beach, you’ll find supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, as well as a bus to take you to other parts of the island.
