CAN PERE

Nice traditional Ibicencan house that preserves all the authenticity and charm of the houses of yesteryear. It is located in a quiet area between the villages of Sant Joan and Sant Miquel, near the beaches of Benirrás and Cala Xarraca.
The distribution of the rooms follows the standards of the typical houses of Ibiza. At the entrance of the house there is a covered porch which, through a large wooden door, gives access to the main room, where the dining room and the living room corner are located. This room is the centre of the house and leads to the bedrooms and the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a second dining room and a small room which is used as a pantry and a utility room.
It has 4 bedrooms: three doubles and one with a single bed and two complete bathrooms with shower. The two main bedrooms have air conditioning. The other two bedrooms have fans. As the house is built on thick stone walls, it is very cool and pleasant even in the hottest months.
The exterior of the house is completely fenced and features a swimming pool with a shallow end suitable for children and is surrounded by a lovely garden. In the pool area there is also a comfortable covered porch with an outdoor table, crockery, a large American-style barbecue and a fridge.
It is very nice and cosy also for the low season or a winter getaway as it has two fireplaces.
