The house is completely fenced and located in a rural and very quiet area, 7 minutes from Ibiza town and 5 minutes from the nearest beach, Playa den Bossa.
It has 5 bedrooms with an additional room where you can put an extra bed, so the house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. It is divided into 2 floors as follows:
The bottom floor has 2 twin bedrooms, one full bathroom, an ample kitchen and living-dining room with exit to the terrace, the pool area and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, wash machine etc.
The top floor has 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 twin, an extra room, with possibility of an extra bed, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with exit to a large terraces with sea views.
The 10x6m pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun-beds and parasols. Across from the pool is the BBQ and a long coverd porch with a pool table and ping-pong table. The biggest supermarket in the area is at 1km. This house can be rented for either 10 or 12 people.
