Modern designer house, with lovely sea views, located in a quiet area just a few minutes from Cala Tarida and the town of San José.

The house which spreads over two levels has five double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the main floor it has a practical open-planned kitchen with all the essential mod cons: dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge…This area connects with the dining room and a pleasant and bright living room. The large west facing glass doors overlook the sea and the sunset.
There is a great sound system both in the living room and on the terrace.

Two bedrooms are located on this level: the main suite with ample glass doors, sea views, access to the terrace and bathroom en suite and the second bedroom with two single beds, access to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub.

3 bedrooms are located on the lower floor: A double bedroom and one with two single beds which share a fully fitted bathroom with shower as well as another double bedroom with bathroom en suite.

The grounds of the house cover 5000m2 offering different landscapes: areas with tall pine trees to enjoy the shade and sunny areas to relax by the pool as well as a picturesque Mediterranean garden.

On the upper terrace, beside the living room there is an astroturf area, ideal for the little ones.

Villa CAN SUN’s location allows you to enjoy some of the most attractive spots in western Ibiza in complete comfort. Just a few minutes’ drive away are Cala Tarida, Cala Molí and the charming village of Sant Josep de sa Talaia – three must-see destinations during your stay.
Cala Tarida, situated just a few minutes from the villa, is one of the best places to spend a day at the beach. Its wide stretch of white sand and crystal-clear waters make it an ideal beach for families and groups. During the summer months, it is advisable to arrive before 11.00 to find parking easily and secure a good spot near the sea. The beach has supermarkets, restaurants, beach clubs and equipment hire for water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding and jet skis. At dusk, the seafront bars and restaurants offer the perfect atmosphere for enjoying the sunset.For those looking for a more peaceful experience, Cala Molí is an excellent choice. This small cove, surrounded by nature, is perfect for a relaxing morning or for enjoying the sea away from the more popular beaches. Due to its rocky seabed, it is advisable to wear water shoes or similar footwear to get into the sea more comfortably. Its crystal-clear waters are ideal for snorkelling, especially in the early hours of the day, when there are usually fewer people and visibility is excellent. As facilities are limited outside the cove’s beach club, it’s a good idea to bring water, sun cream and anything else you might need to spend several hours there comfortably.
Just 4.3 kilometres from the villa lies Sant Josep de sa Talaia, the main town in the area and the perfect place for shopping or enjoying the local cuisine. Here, guests will find supermarkets, a chemist’s, banks, bakeries and other essential everyday services. The village is also an excellent choice for breakfast or brunch at one of its cafés before setting off to explore the island. On Saturdays from 10.00 to 13.30, there is usually a local market where you can find handmade crafts, clothing, accessories and local produce.
For an authentic dining experience, it’s well worth booking a table at the S’Espartar restaurant, which is very close to the villa. Specialising in fish, seafood and traditional Ibizan rice dishes, it’s particularly recommended for trying the famous bullit de peix or a paella made with local produce. Booking in advance is advisable during the high season, especially if you’d like a table witha sea view.
